Some More Thoughts About Accident Benefits

In 2008 I received a report from an occupational therapist indicating that a new client, whose accident was 18 months prior, ws entitled to attendant care in the amount of $250 per month. Not a lot of money, maybe. But, over the past 18 months, it would have been an extra $5000 in her pocket instead of the insurance company’s. And that assumes that her need wasn’t higher right after the accident, which it probably was.
